In addition, we implement a comprehensive monitoring system with Zabbix that continuously monitors your hardware and software. In the event of malfunctions, we are available 24/7 or during your operating hours via email notifications and, depending on the maintenance model, can act immediately to resolve problems.
Your individual requirements are important to us. If you need special times or adjustments, we will be happy to assist you. We offer customized IT maintenance service contracts based on either a flat monthly fee or on a ‘time and materials’ basis.
